This excellent neighborhood grill and bar has streamlined its operation over the years, and the smaller menu and reduced seating capacity have helped the kitchen to better keep up with the orders. The regular menu is usually augmented by monthly specials. While long waits used to be the norm, service is pretty dialed in at this point. The food is great -- the Dad's Burger may be my favorite in the area, and the Spicy Chick is tasty, crunchy, and huge. There are always interesting beers on tap, and the bartenders mix mean cocktails.
Good diner fare. Consistency is pretty reliable, other than out of some ingredients on a few occasions. The servers are very friendly and helpful. I like that they are dog friendly and have heat controls outside that the customer can adjust if needed for the colder weather at some tables.
Drunken chick sando on S.D was savory and yummy. Service was impeccable and the ambience was low key.
We have always enjoyed the food here. It has great flavor and it's fresh from their kitchen. Brunch is our favorite time to go.
The burger is great and the service is just as good! Through the ups and downs of running a restaurant in CA, I would say overall this place is crushing it. A tip for the fans, Nolan is your guy. Great guy and great bar tender
Really amazing and thought out blue cheeseburger. My expectations were not very high but I'll tell you, the flavors were so good with the light spice and the light blue cheese flavor. One of the best burgers I've had in a very long time!. Good service. Negatives, beer was warm and the dining area was really dirty. The edges of our table were caked with food
I came with my family and we placed a takeout order. The servers were nice and gave us a menu. It was a 15 minute wait. We ordered a croissant sammie and dad's classic breakfast sandwich with a side of fries. It was delicious and I recommend. It looks like a good spot for indoor/outdoor dining and even takeout!
First time getting the onion rings! Oh my! Drizzled with balsamic and parmesian, served with ailoli, yum! I gave one to my friend and ate the rest. The vegitarian tacos are good too. Great happy hour and this place gets super busy. Fast and friendly service. Great bar area and a patio to sit and eat.
